Our stay at Hotel Shepherds Bush was overall positive. The location was excellent, with easy access to transportation. The room was clean and well-equipped, with amenities like tea/coffee and toiletries provided. The sound insulation was impressive, as we couldn't hear the noise from the nearby tube station. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and they kindly held our luggage for us. Despite a couple of minor drawbacks, we would still recommend this hotel for its good location and comfortable stay.

I had an amazing experience here. Located right beside the tube, getting to all areas of this place was so easy. The service was top-notch, room service was available 24 hours and the staff went above and beyond to ensure I had a comfortable stay. The amenities offered were equally impressive and the room itself was equipped with all the necessary facilities and more. Not to mention, the bedding was amazingly comfy and gave me a great night's sleep.

All in all, I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious stay with enhanced comfort and quality services.

Our family had a great stay in this hotel located in a convenient area. The location was perfect for us as it was situated just outside Shepherds Bush Market tube station. It was also close to everything we needed, with shops and restaurants nearby. The room we stayed in was compact, but well-appointed and comfortable. The bathroom was clean and had a range of toiletries. The service provided by the staff was friendly and helpful. We also enjoyed the breakfast, despite it needing a bit of improvement. we had a pleasant experience.

There was a damp smell in the corridors and the lift, which was a bit disappointing.

Great location next to a tube station and a few minutes' walk from Westfield shopping centre. Comfy beds, friendly staff, fridge and safe in the room.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, being close to a tube station and within walking distance of a major shopping center. This made getting around the city and indulging in some retail therapy a breeze. Additionally, the 24-hour reception was a big plus, providing convenience and peace of mind.

There were a few aspects that didn't meet my expectations. the room was smaller than anticipated for the price, and the bed and pillows were uncomfortably hard.

The rooms were clean and comfy, and the beds were perfect for a good night's sleep after a long day of exploring. the location was amazing, with the tube station right next door, making it easy to get around and visit all the Christmas markets and attractions in the area. Plus, there was a mini fridge in the room which was a bonus for keeping our festive drinks chilled!

That breakfast wasn't included, but there were plenty of options nearby to grab a delicious morning meal. the bathroom door was a bit problematic as it didn't have enough room to comfortably open and enter the bathroom.
